• “Facility” – The Inkarnation online system, including ordering, web account maintenance, and product catalogue.
• “Reseller’s Logon” – Username and password issued to Reseller for access to the Facility.

Reseller Log-on Security

• Resellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their logon credentials.
• All transactions made under the Reseller’s Logon are the sole responsibility of the Reseller.

• Inkarnation does not guarantee product fitness for specific purposes.
• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders placed are considered offers and must be accepted by Inkarnation.
