- “Reseller User” – Representative of the Reseller authorised to place orders and operate the Facility.

- “Facility” – The Inkarnation online system, including ordering, web account maintenance, and product catalogue.
- “Reseller’s Logon” – Username and password issued to Reseller for access to the Facility.

Reseller Log-on Security
- Resellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their logon credentials.
- All transactions made under the Reseller’s Logon are the sole responsibility of the Reseller.

- Inkarnation does not guarantee product fitness for specific purposes.
- Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
- Orders placed are considered offers and must be accepted by Inkarnation.
