Definition of Non-Inkarnation Branded Products
Non-Inkarnation branded products include all products supplied and branded by other vendors, not Inkarnation. Inkarnation-branded products are covered under a satisfaction guaranteed warranty. Please see Warranty Returns for more information or contact info@inkarnation.com.au.
Return Authorization Process
All returns will only be accepted if a Return Authorization Form has been completed and approved by Management. Once accepted, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization Number. This number must be included when returning products to Inkarnation.
Inkarnation sells both Inkarnation Branded products and third-party manufacturer products. While we guarantee the return of all Inkarnation Branded products, vendor approval is required for returning third-party products. Please note:
- Only hardware may be returned once opened; software cannot be returned once opened.
Returns Authorization Procedure
- Fill out all mandatory fields in the Return Authorization Form with accurate and detailed information.
- The form will be reviewed by Inkarnation Cartridges PTY LTD Management, who will determine acceptance or rejection.
- The customer will receive an email from Management indicating acceptance or rejection.
- If the return is for FAULTY or DEAD ON ARRIVAL goods from third-party vendors, Inkarnation will contact the vendor to request Return Authorization, which may take longer.
- If accepted, the email will contain a Return Authorization Number.
- All returned goods must have the Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Returns without a valid Return Authorization Number will be rejected.
- All returned goods must include a specific fault description (general terms like "FAULTY," "NOT WORKING," or "DOA" are not acceptable).
- For faulty cartridge returns, a printed sample page demonstrating the fault is required.
- A copy of the invoice provided by the reseller to the end-user must accompany all non-Inkarnation branded product returns.
